Charlotte was great. She saw us right away even though we didn’t have an appointment and gave us her complete attention. Pulled tons of different bracelets and earrings for my wife. Was patient as we waffled between different pieces and respected our budget and never attempted to upsell us which I always appreciate. We ended up getting two tennis bracelets and a pair of earrings and my wife couldn’t be happier.
