Purchasing from the Natural Ruby Company was a great experience. I had purchased a pink ruby ring in St. Lucia and wanted matching earrings. Navigating the website was easy. There were excellent descriptions and pictures. Minutes after I made my selection online, Katherine Hoyt reached out to help me through the verification process. I had concerns about purchasing form outside the United States, but Katherine walked me through it all. The earrings arrived and were even better than the photos. So, I purchased another pair.
