Excellent experience with the Natural Sapphire Company, and with Lauren especially. I built a ring using the tool to choose settings on the website once I had selected a beautiful loose padparascha sapphire. At every single stage of the process, Lauren was unfailingly helpful, courteous and also very warm and personable. I am not in the US so being an international customer, this was very important to me. My beautiful ring arrived yesterday and completely met and exceeded expectations.
