I am more than happy to give a 5 star rating to The Natural Sapphire Co. I have been working with them (mostly SuSu) for the past 3 years. I started with a new sapphire wedding set for my 20th Anniversary. I admit I was nervous as it was all done online via e-mail or phone conversations. The final product was beyond beautiful and my expectations. Over the years I have had them make matching bands and/or tweak the original design. Never once was I made to feel anything but a valued customer. SuSu was constantly patient and timely in all correspondence. I recently had another diamond band ring made to compliment my sapphire–it’s as lovely as expected. My husband is military and likes to buy a beautiful piece of jewelry as a deployment “thank you”. I’m already planning my next piece from the NSC as there is no other place we will go! So…thank you SuSu and all at the Natural Sapphire Co who have been such a blessing to us with beautiful heirloom gifts.
