The entire experience gets an A+. I designed the ring and was considering two different yellow sapphires. Katherine sent me videos of the stones in various lighting and a video of them side by side so I could easily see the difference. Katherine was extremely knowledgeable and explained clearly the difference in the cuts of each stone, which was really helpful. Once I picked the stone I went through 4 different settings with wedding bands. Katherine was so patient, she sent me high quality digital images of everything and answered all of my questions quickly. The order process was smooth and Katherine stayed in close contact with us until the piece arrived. The presentation of the documents and the ring box was superb. And I was blown away when I saw the finished product. I don’t know how, but it looks better in person than it did in pictures. The craftsmanship is top notch and the stone could not be more beautiful. Even though the entire process was virtual, Katherine made it feel really fun and personal. She seemed to understand that this was an important and meaningful purchase and she allowed us to take our time and made sure we were 100% satisfied. This was truly a dream come true from beginning to end.
