I was deciding between a selection of loose gemstones and ordered some to be able to compare in person, and returned all but the selected stone. The process was clearly described and easy to navigate, from ordering to shipping/returns, to invoicing/payment. Products: stones exactly as described online and high-quality. The different stones were clearly labeled and in a nice, quality package that was easy to view and compare them. I love the stone I selected from the choices, and they were all so good it actually was a difficult choice! For my final purchased stone, TNSC sent beautiful, professional documents that will be helpful for appraisal when the stone is set in a final piece of jewelry. Service: extremely professional, friendly, and helpful, really made me feel like a valuable customer dealing with a company that cared. Communication was clear, consistent, and responsive, even when dealing with unique situations (I worked specifically with Katherine). I started off communication using the online chat and then by email, and Katherine was great at responding.
