I started by viewing different sapphires online and selecting about a dozen in my price range that I liked. Though going to their office in NYC wasn’t required, I wanted to choose the sapphire in person. My consultant Lauren had all the sapphires ready for me to examine along with others she had pulled for me from their collection. I decided on a sapphire and then Lauren worked with me to design a ring exactly how I wanted it. They kept me updated along the way and delivered a beautiful finished product in about 5 weeks to my local FedEx pickup location. I was so pleased that I ended up ordering the wedding band through them also.
