I found this company after doing some research online and decided to stop in to take a look at sapphires for engagement rings, as I wanted to do something different. I would highly suggest making an appointment, as this isn’t your typical “walk-in” type of place. While they were still very accommodating, it would be better to make an appointment ahead of time so they can get an idea of what you’re looking for and pull stones/settings out for you to see. I’d venture to say they probably lean heavily on their web business, but being as how I live in the city, I wanted to stop in and see the stones in person (glad I did, as there is much variation in sapphires!). Their store is located on the top floor of a nondescript building and is easy to miss!

With that being said, Erika made the ring buying process as painless and pleasant as possible! I made a couple of different visits to narrow down the stones and then again to pick the ring up. Erika was very knowledgeable and guided me through all the steps. She explained the differences in the stones and was sure to elaborate when needed. After some deliberation, I walked out with a beautiful piece! I’ve also purchased a necklace from the Natural Sapphire Company. Their customer service is great, and the end products are beautiful as well. Thank you so much!
