Amrita was extremely helpful in facilitating our vision & creation of a remarkably beautiful engagement ring in time for our wedding, which was a replacement for the original one I’d gotten my now-wife. Important to note/of equal importance is how quickly the process was expedited, and that it arrived to us with an incredibly quick turnaround time. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the seamless nature of the entire process, where Amrita was consistently available by both email & phone call, answering immediately to all messages & never an issue reaching her when needing to speak through some facet of this by phone. It is worth pointing out that this is despite the fact the stone itself (Alexandrite) was being housed on the complete opposite side of the globe in Sri Lanka, and had to navigate customs on top of everything else. The end result was a stunning ring that my wife loves, and again we could not be happier in every capacity involved with this transaction with this salesperson & company overall. We are forever grateful for Amrita & her team’s efforts in making this come to fruition in time for our wedding day, as although it also would have been just fine had it not arrived in time, we are thrilled that it ultimately did!
