This ring begins its story in the gem rich soils of Ceylon Sri Lanka, where this rare cushion shaped bi color sapphire found its form over millions of years. Weighing 1.85 carats and measuring 8.83 x 6.12 x 3.37 mm, the stone carries a gentle split of hue that only nature could compose, a soft dialogue between two tones that shift as light moves across its mixed brilliant cut facets. With medium color saturation and an excellent polish the sapphire breathes with life, and because it is entirely natural with no enhancement, every flash and internal line tells an honest story of earth, pressure, and time. Evaluated at eye level as very slightly included, this gem balances character and clarity, inviting close attention without sacrificing the transparent, crystalline allure that drew us to it in the first place.

From mine to maker the sapphire was entrusted to skilled hands, set into a ring crafted in 18K white gold to emphasize its luminous, pale colorplay. Flanking the center stone are white half moon shaped natural diamonds totaling approximately 0.30 carats, graded VS1 and VS2 for clarity and F for color, and a string of white round natural diamonds totaling approximately 0.36 carats, graded VS for clarity and F or G for color, together creating a total accent weight of about 0.66 carats. The delicate prong setting and lightly pavé shoulders allow the central cushion to breathe while the half moon accents cradle it, creating a silhouette that is both classic and modern. Every facet was hand checked and every diamond hand set to ensure that the light performs in concert, letting the sapphire show its unique bi color personality while each diamond adds a crisp frame of icy brilliance.
