REPAIR OR RESIZING SHIPPING

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Please send your return shipment through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

If within 3 weeks of receipt, NO INSURANCE VALUE needs to be declared. Don’t worry, it is completely covered under our policy. If 3 weeks has passed, please declare UP TO $1000 INSURANCE VALUE, our policy will cover anything over.

*If you have jewelry insurance, please defer to the instructions from your provider.

Please DO NOT declare the contents of the package as gemstones or jewelry, you can declare as a repair/return.

Email the tracking to your sales representative. Without tracking, our insurance will not be valid.

PACKING YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT

When possible, use the original inner packaging materials we send to you. Always use a new outer box to prevent tampering.

If you no longer have these materials, package it well-double or triple boxed using a combination of secure boxes/envelopes, similar to how you received it.

  1. Please enclose the stones and/or jewelry items in a secure inner envelope, box or bag so the contents cannot shift or move. 
  2. Place the inner box or envelope in a small box and seal.
  3. Please the sealed small box into the medium shipping box. Make sure to seal the outer box well.
