Our factory starts with the cutting process
of our
sapphires. Selections of various colors
and qualities of our mined rough material
are selected and
sorted for faceting.

rough sapphire material for better inspection

We shape (pre-form) our sapphire rough to the desired shape before we start faceting.

it to a cutting pin with special wax for faceting. |

We are now using our own self developed and made fully computerized cutting machines for cutting our less expensive sapphires. We are the only company in the world with these machines. |

Design sketch picture
We start out making our sapphire jewelry
by creating a sketch of the design that we
want to achieve. This takes the skill of our
fine in-house artists.

We hand carve a model to the exact
specifications of the stones that will be used
