Here at The Natural Sapphire Company we take our business very seriously. Our sapphires are very rare and we take great pride in our vast collection built over 3 generations. We go to great lengths to assure that anyone who purchases any of our sapphires or jewelry is doing so legitimately and legally.

Purchases made online through our secure online ordering system, or in person, or by phone go through extensive security checks to make sure all is legitimate.

We do not consider ourselves an 'internet company' rather we are a company that is almost 70 years old that has an internet web site where our clients can review and purchase items in our inventory.

For Online Orders:

1. We subscribe to various 3rd party services that do extensive background checks to research if any
fraud activity has been associated with the person purchasing an item.
2. We will only ship to confirmed authorized billing address's.
3. If paid by check we will confirm that the check was not written or issued fraudulently.
4. We call, email and communicate on a need basis for all of our orders.
5. We do a reverse trace for all originating orders. We check every time. If we see an order coming from
a location not close to the clients address we ask questions.

7. We log all incoming I.P. address’s.
8. We verify all AVS and Card Code Verification details.
9. In most cases we can only communicate on an order placed with the individual that is paying for
the item.
10. For clients returning merchandise, our procedures must be followed per our exact return instructions.
11. For international orders (outside the USA) we reserve the right to refuse payment methods that are
not direct bank transfers (although in most industrialized countries we subscribe to services that
can verify and meet our needed security measures to confirm valid orders).
12. We have learned from mistakes, we have investigative procedures in place to flag any potentially
fraudulent activities.
13. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any person or entity for any reason.
14. We follow the laws relating to the United States Patriot Act.

1. In many cases we need to discuss the specific details of orders only with the confirmed individual who is
placing the order. Questions regarding when or how we are shipping an order can only be discussed with the person who is paying for the item.

In Addition: All Online Order security measures listed above pertain to phone orders as well.

For Office and Factory Visits:

Additional details for customers who wish to visit our offices and factory:

1. You MUST have an appointment, no one will be allowed entry to our showroom and factory without a
pre-existing appointment. We need at least 2 hours advanced request for an appointment so
that security measures can be accomplished.
2. You must bring valid photo ID.
3. You must be willing to let us scan your photo ID.
4. All person's that are granted access to our showroom and factory need to accept a fingerprint scan
(no ink, only a 2 second photo scanning or your thumb or index finger).
5. All visitors are scanned by metal detector and bags must be inspected.
6. Weekend and after hours appointments are Never available, we only see visitors during our
regular business hours, by appointment only.
7. If you are a returning visitor you will be subject to the same security detail as will any
accompanying guest.

Take Note:We have an armed guard in our offices at all times.

We have a contracted 3rd party security company, this is not a regular alarm company.

24/7 lobby and back room security guards are on duty at all times

Security company is 1 short city block from our location and will respond immediately if summoned.
They have remote access to all our security systems for instant monitoring and reporting.

In Conclusion:

If you try to commit fraud we will be aware of it, and we will actively report to all law enforcement authorities.

If you try to rob us or hold us up you will be risking your life.

We have a dedicated staff that spends a good amount of time only working to prevent fraud and keep our
security at the very best it can be.

These Security measures and systems are in place to protect all parties.
