Here at The Natural Sapphire Company we take our business very seriously. Our sapphires are very rare and we take great pride in our vast collection built over 3 generations. We go to great lengths to assure that anyone who purchases any of our sapphires or jewelry is doing so legitimately and legally.
Purchases made online through our secure online ordering system, or in person, or by phone go through extensive security checks to make sure all is legitimate.
We do not consider ourselves an 'internet company' rather we are a company that is almost 70 years old that has an internet web site where our clients can review and purchase items in our inventory.

fraud activity has been associated with the person purchasing an item. |

You MUST have an appointment, no one will be allowed entry to our showroom and factory without a
pre-existing appointment. We need at least 2 hours advanced request for an appointment so
that security measures can be accomplished. |

All person's that are granted access to our showroom and factory need to accept a fingerprint scan
(no ink, only a 2 second photo scanning or your thumb or index finger). |

Weekend and after hours appointments are Never available, we only see visitors during our
regular business hours, by appointment only. |
