For more Information on our custom made Bands         The Natural Sapphire Company is a full custom order manufacturer. We pride ourselves on        creating jewelry that can be called art work! Our custom made bands are made to order. The         pictures of our various band designs can be viewed in this section of our website. The pictures        that are showing are computer generated images.        The reason we show computer generated images instead of actual photographs is for the        following reasons: 1.      Every band that we create is made to the ring size for the specific client.You cannot resize a band that has gemstones going all the way around the ring.So if we were to stock in inventory every design, made in every ring size we would have to literally create thousands of band combinations, and this would be prohibitive in cost. 2.      Each client selects different size and quality of sapphires and diamonds to use in the band design. Some clients want the band to use 2.00mm size diamonds and other clients want to use 3.00mm sizes. 3.      We can create any kind of design, using any combination of sapphires, diamonds or other gemstones. What we are showing here in this section of our website are samples, we can do anything you can design or ask of us!       Return Policy:  For our custom order Bands we do not allow returns for refund or credit.Each       Band is custom made only to the exact specific combinations and needs per each client request.       We do occasionally make exceptions such as partial credit or assist in reselling an item that you       have commissioned us to create, but for the vast majority of special order bands there are no       returns accepted.Please call us if you have other questions regarding our custom made Bands.
