The Natural Sapphire Company is an international company based in New York City. We occupy the penthouse floor of a Manhattan office building and offer visits to our showroom by appointment only. Please call ahead to make an appointment or fill out the form below. For security reasons, not all visitors can be given access to our office.Valid photo ID is required and guests may be subject to metal detection scanning.

While we are based in New York, we have many international customers. We ship worldwide through UPS and FedEx and can have our sapphires at your door within 1- 2 days. Click here for shipping information.

Our sales staff can answer email questions you may have in English, German, French, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hebrew, Spanish, and Burmese.
